The return policy is seven (7) days from receipt.
To be eligible for a return, you must email firstname.lastname@example.org requesting a return. All returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee and return shipping and/or freight charges.
If a product was damaged in shipping, you must email email@example.com within three (3) days after receipt or attempted delivery with photographic evidence of the damage.
When emailing due please include “it was damaged in shipping” as the subject line. In the email, please provide as much detail as possible of the damage and upload at least three (3) photographs of the damage.
If you notice damage while the carrier is on site, DO NOT take possession of the damaged product(s). Instead, take a picture of the damage, gather copies of the paperwork from the carrier (if possible), and refuse delivery. Email firstname.lastname@example.org with details and photos within 48 hours of attempted delivery.
If you notice damage after delivery (concealed damage), take pictures of the damage, and email to email@example.com within three (3) business days.
We will not be able to help with any complaints of damages, including visible or material defects, after three (3) business days or after the product has been installed or altered.
